What we can offer
- Free advice and information on a whole range of courses and their suitability. We can only offer advice on courses available through the College and its partnership
- All printed information is only supplied in English although the College has resources that may assist where appropriate. We offer access to our main prospectus in A3 large print for references purposes, please contact us to arrange.

Feedback
- The College actively welcomes feedback, both positive and negative. We may ask you to complete questionnaires about the information given and for course/courses. We will use your feedback when reviewing our services. You do not need to give us your name
- The College follows a set complaints procedure. Copies of the document are available in the Information Centre
Data Protection
The College holds personal data on all applicants and enrolled students in computer-based administrative systems. All such data is kept in accordance with the provisions of the data Protection Act (1998) under which the College is registered.
