Specific Attributes
We are currently seeking candidates with financial experience. Although it would help if such a person had a professional qualification in finance, this is not a prerequisite to any appointment.
General Comments
Governors are required to make a public declaration of interests when appointed and, in this connection, if it is anticipated that any significant conflict of interest could occur on appointment, this could prejudice an application/nomination.
Candidates are also advised that, if their application/nomination is successful, being involved with young people, they will require to be cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau.
