The Gallery is the College’s training restaurant, open to members of the public at lunchtimes and evenings.
Catering students at Farnborough produce three-course lunches and dinners at a fraction of the cost of professional restaurants but with the food cooked to the same standard.
In a recent Ofsted inspection, the catering school was awarded an “outstanding” grade 1 and the report said: “Resources for hospitality are excellent.”
The restaurant is open to the public for evening meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 6pm, and on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for lunches, from noon. A three-course lunch costs £7 and three-course evening meals costs £10 on Mondays, £14 on Tuesdays and £12 on Thursdays. There are different menus for lunchtimes and evenings and they are regularly changed. The restaurant is licensed.
