National Skills Academies are being implemented across a range of industries to support the development of a world-class workforce with better skills than ever before.
National Skills Academy for Financial Services (NSAFS) - SOUTH EAST
The resultant learning will be Demand-led and include the offer of the new Level 3 Advanced and Level 2 Financial Services Apprenticeships with a potential progression route from the new Diploma in Business, Finance and Administration and to a Financial Services Foundation Degree.
The National Skills Academy for Financial Services will:
- increase numbers of highly skilled people going into the sector
- further improve training for existing employees
- make training more relevant to business needs
- provide real business benefits for employers in financial services
Through supporting employers The National Skills Academy will seek to understand their skills needs, address critical skills shortages with accredited provision to ensure high delivery standards that employers can rely upon.
