If you are an employer and you recruit a young person aged between 16 and 24 years old, they are eligible to join an Apprenticeship Programme.
Apprenticeships are nationally recognised programmes designed to provide employees with industry skills. Supporting young people to gain recognised qualifications assists in the development of a reliable, effective and motivated workforce.

Training Enterprise is a Training Provider within Farnborough College of Technology, delivering Apprenticeships and providing a service to employers and young people. The College provides the training and our assessors observe the learner in the workplace. Our placement advisors will monitor the apprentice’s progress, providing support to both the apprentice and employer.
