At the College, we recognise that businesses choose to engage with us in different ways for their training needs. In order to respond to employers’ needs the College provides a standard of service for all our business customers. The College also has a Comments, Compliments and Complaints policy which offers our customers a robust mechanism for feedback.
To recognise that our services also need to be tailored to the way that businesses choose to engage with us, we also provide an account managed service for some business customers. We call this service Business Plus.
