We provide a wide range of tailored training designed and delivered to meet the individual needs of an employer. Training is delivered either on the employer’s own premises or within the College at flexible times to suit.
Training content is designed by our sector experts alongside the employer to ensure specific needs are met fully. Subjects range from soft management skills, to IT packages and Health & Safety issues. Costs are charged on a daily rate rather than per head basis, with maximum delegate numbers set according to the subject and depth of training required.
This is a cost effective, high quality solution to training teams in-house with minimal disruption to day to day business.

Brief: Design and deliver training to produce a complex company brochure from pre-stored information held on the company network but using a standard software package
Solution: A one day practical course was designed to introduce the software to employees, culminating in using the company’s own pre-defined layouts, text and images to combine into a multi-page document to use with prospective clients. Comprehensive training materials were produced for all delegates to provide a future source of reference.
Brief: Design and deliver introductory Health and Safety training to meet a specific company requirement to introduce good practice for all staff.
Solution: The half-day training combined lecture, discussion and practical risk assessment and was held in-house, with reference notes provided for all staff. The training session was repeated on several occasions at difference times of day over an extended period so that all staff (including shift workers) could attend.
