There are lots of steps you can take to keep happy while at college and we are here to help. Here are our top T’s:
Take Care of Yourself
Exercising, eating well and getting plenty of rest can all have a positive impact on your mental health.
Talk About It
At college, you can speak to your tutor, a counsellor or any other member of staff about your concerns– we are here to help! You can also pick up a mental health signposting leaflet for external organisations who can help.
Take a Break
College can be challenging at times but staying organised and taking plenty of breaks while studying can help keep you on-track.
Spend time with friends, work on your hobby and take time to relax. A break from college work will help you feel refreshed when you come back to complete it!
