You will be helping run The Gallery, our on-site restaurant that is open to the public
You will have opportunities to take part in many competitions, from Jersey to London
Learn from lecturers with experience from cruise ships to prestigious events
You will learn the main methods of cookery, producing meals and service skills. Your new skills will be perfected in our dynamic training kitchens and Gallery Restaurant, before progressing to our programmes at levels 2 then 3.
On this course, you will also study for the Certificate in Culinary Skills qualification. You will develop the skills required for practical activities within the kitchen, learning the foundation methods of cookery, producing meals and the service skills to work front of house. This will be carried out within our training kitchens and restaurant.
