Learning Support FdA Foundation Degree
For those who support teaching and learning in a classroom, this degree will take your career in teaching further by giving you a professional skillset that can lead into a top-up degree and teacher training. It is awarded by the University of Surrey. This course has full-time status and is taught part-time.
Farnborough College of Technology offers the above qualification for teaching assistants/learning support assistants. The programme follows the National Occupational Standards for Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
