You will spend 80% of your time in the classroom and 20% out on an industry placement. In your second year you can specialise in your area of interest before going to university or starting your career. This course is equivalent to three A Levels.  Career focus The specialist units within this T Level will give you a subject specialism, for careers in: Food Sciences For job roles such as a technician within a lab setting Laboratory Sciences For job roles such as a a or research science assistant for any number of areas within science Metrology Sciences Metrology is the scientific study of measurements.
