My BSc in Computing gave me a great foundation of knowledge which enabled me to jump straight into a networking environment. My tutors at Farnborough provided me with a solid understanding of concepts from Virtualisation and Cloud services to Networking, which are required by my current job!

The tutors had a fantastic breadth of knowledge and put a real emphasis on individual education to make sure everyone was reaching their potential.

I found staying in education challenging, but I always remembered that in order for me to have the rewarding career I was after, I had to persevere. Luckily, there's a great culture at Farnborough - not only does it give you a range of opportunities and new experiences, but it encourages interaction outside of your groups and it's a great place to meet new people and build confidence.
