Unit 1: Digital Techniques
This unit explores various digital marketing tools and techniques from web to social media and the impact of emerging technologies. The applications of these techniques are then investigated to address different industry challenges.
Unit 2: Digital Enhancement
This unit investigates how digital marketing can be integrated with offline marketing in order to enhance customer experience. This requires an understanding of an organisation’s stakeholders and their customer journey.
Unit 3: Digital Management
This unit explains how to perform and apply a digital marketing analysis through a clear understanding of a company’s online value proposition. This analysis is then developed into a full digital marketing plan with clear objectives, actions and metrics.
The student will produce an assignment based on a theme and an organisation of choice. There is a well-stocked library within the College and individual lecturers will advise on recommended texts.
