Lifting 62.5 Tonnes for Charity
This October, our Public Services and Sport students joined forces to raise money for Help for Heroes.
To raise funds, students took part in a sponsored weightlifting challenge, attempting to lift the weight of a Challenger 2 tank (62.5 tonnes!).
A total of 44 students took part in the challenge as part of their National Citizen Service social action project.

Each student involved lifted an impressive 1.4 tonnes.
