Our Early Years and Health and Social Care students will discover more about their career options this June, when we host two events to support their transition from college student into aspiring professional!
On Wednesday 7 June our Early Years: Next Steps Conference kicks off, with former Farnborough students and agencies visiting to present their experiences after completing their course. Our students will be able to ask questions about what kind of career would suit them, how much training is involved and what our former students’ top tips are on landing an exciting new job.
The following Wednesday (14 June) will see the Early Years and Health and Social Care Careers Fair taking place, where local employers will be on hand to discuss their current vacancies and talk individually with students about their options after their course with us.
It’s no secret that there are lots of Early Years and Health and Social Care providers in the area, meaning our students often get the opportunity to carry out a work placement and find out more about an employer before making a decision on where they want to pursue a career.
