Lightmongers love our Apprentices!

Congratulations to two of our Apprentices, Gracjan Slowinski and Tom Schwenke, who won Lightmongers Apprenticeship Awards!

Tom and Gracjan were nominated for the awards due to their hard work both academically and professionally whilst studying their Advanced Apprenticeships in Engineering at Philips Lighting, which is based in Guildford.

Philips Lighting is a global leader in lighting products, systems and services. They are a part of the Philips Group, and serve professional and consumer markets. They sell more energy efficient LED lighting than any other company and their projects have included lighting the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, lighting and technology for House of Fraser in London, and much more.

The awards were given by The Worshipful Company of Lightmongers. Tom and Gracjan were presented with their awards by the Lord Mayor of London, Andrew Parmley, on the 13th February 2017.
