Support for Employers During Coronavirus

As businesses start to return to work, Farnborough College of Technology want to support the Employers that we work with and those in the local area in any way we can. Ideas below of how we can support are not exhaustive and we welcome any further discussions on what this might look like. Please contact us if there is anything we can do to help.

Ideal for all employers:

Promote your Company through our channels for Brand awareness
Link Companies together and provide a virtual collaboration space
Possible use of machines for commercial production
Support/coordinate the sharing of apprentices through a programme
Needs analysis on upskilling existing staff
Online CPD courses
Develop bespoke training packages
Training on online platforms such as Office 365 (teams, forms etc)
Talks can be given by Employers to students (potential employees) through Teams
We can advertise and promote all apprenticeship vacancies and take care of initial recruitment shortlisting
Share employment or apprenticeship vacancies through our social media channels and our College intranet
