Adam delivered a talk on periodisation for the Harlequins team and adaptations to exercises for certain positions, such as the front row of the scrum. In addition to speaking about his role as a coach, Adam spoke about his involvement in the World’s Strongest Man competitions. He shared with students the story of his transition from rugby player to competitor, taking them through his training programme, lifestyle changes, and dietary intake. He also demonstrated a deadlift at our gym during his visit.
