National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2024 is an annual celebration of apprenticeships.
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week this year is “Skills for Life”.
An apprenticeship can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and employers to develop a workforce with future ready skills.
If you’re a parent, guardian or carer, you can help inspire the apprentices of tomorrow. Here is the January 2024 Parent and Carers Pack for helping your child search and apply for apprenticeships.
Working as an apprentice means you earn as you learn. An apprentice works in a real job and spends 20% of their working hours training. So they gain the skills needed for their chosen occupation.
