FREE live virtual Mental Wellness Courses

Sign up to one of the FREE live virtual Mental Wellness Courses, available to all parents, guardians and pupils (over 13), being held in Farnborough & Aldershot, in partnership with Rushmoor Borough Council.

There are over 50 courses including dealing with mental health conditions.

You can choose either 20-minute or 1-hour sessions.

You will be able to access modules on your pc, laptop, phone or tablet!
