To set your college password please navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/passwordreset#!/
Enter your student email address, this is your student number followed by @farn-ct.ac.uk, then click on next
At enrolment you should have provided a personal email address, this will be used to send a unique one time code to which will allow you to reset your password. Please confirm that the email address looks correct. If not you will need to ask your lecturer to contact both MIS and IT Services. Click on Next
Please check your personal email for an email from Microsoft with the code. This can take 2-3 minutes so please be patient. If you are still waiting after 5 minutes you may need to look in your spam folder. The email will look similar to this:
Enter the code and click on next
At the next screen please enter your new password. Please note it needs to be a minimum of 8 characters long and contain both upper and lower case characters, a number and a symbol. It cannot include your name, After entering your new password twice, click next.
If all has gone successfully you will reach this screen confirming it has been changed
If can take a few minutes for your password to sync across all services.
