Letter to Learners and Guardians Re: Strike Action

Dear Learners, Parents, and Carers,

I am writing ahead of national strike action involving members of the University and College Union (UCU) next week. The planned dates for strike action are:

• Tuesday 14 November
• Wednesday 15 November
• Thursday 16 November

Although the College does not know how many staff are planning to strike, college leaders have plans in place for any disruption that is caused by staff who are striking.

All students should therefore attend their timetabled lessons as usual.

We look forward to seeing our students next week and continue to wish those re-sitting maths and English exams the best of luck.
