It gives a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public bodies, including institutions such as Farnborough College of Technology. It also sets out exemptions from that right and places a number of obligations on the College when responding to requests.

The College’s Freedom of Information Policy was approved in 2005, and will be reviewed and updated as necessary.
