The quickest way to apply is to find your chosen course online and click ‘Apply for this course’. Check the entry requirements to make sure that the course is right for you. You will receive an email confirming you have successfully applied, and we will aim to get in touch with you with a response within 10 working days.
Once we have received your application, we will invite you into the College to attend a guidance interview.
This is a chance to meet with tutors and ask any questions you might still have. We will also ask you about your predicted grades and ask that you complete a personal statement.

Within 5 working days from your interview we will aim to email you with your offer, including information about what happens next. A place on your chosen course will be offered on the condition that you meet the entry requirements outline in the course information.
Once you have received confirmation of your place, please contact our Admissions Team to accept your place or to ask any questions at admissions@farn-ct.ac.uk or on 01252 407028.
You will be invited to attend Summer College in early July. This will give you the opportunity to meet your classmates, find out more about your course and take part in some fun activities.
Before the start of term in September, we will invite you to attend a joining day. This is a chance to meet with tutors and discuss your choice of course to ensure that you are still on the course that is best for you. We will check your GCSE results and Joining Form, and will enrol you onto your course.
Our Learner Services team will be on hand to discuss all the ways we can help with the costs of studying, and give you advice on travel. We will show you how to use the resources at the college, including the library, Moodle, the intranet and our IT systems.
At your Joining Day we will enrol you on your course. We will also take a photo for your Student ID Card, so remember to smile!
We review the course you have chosen during the Interview Session and when you enrol in September and, if possible, will make every effort to accommodate your change. If you have a definite change of mind before then, please notify us by email to admissions@farn-ct.ac.uk as soon as possible.
There is a period after the start of your course when you could also change course, if there are places available on the new course please speak to your current tutor about swapping.
