How will I be taught?

There are various delivery options available for this ccourse, including morning classes, afternoon classes, or a combination of the two as an intensive course. Please see 'start dates' tab for more information.

Part Time either one evening or one afternoon per week (33 weeks) or as an intensive afternoon and evening course over 17 weeks.

Students must achieve an 80% minimum attendance requirement and commit to self-directed study, equivalent to the time spent in college, when preparing for class/group work, academic research and assignments. You will also be required to attend pre-arranged individual tutorials. The 33 weeks are not consecutive and college holidays are taken as indicated on the college website.

Our classes will be face-to face teaching where possible. However, there may be the occasional need for classes to be taught on-line and to complete remote self study. You will, therefore, need technology that can support the use of Microsoft Teams.

What modules are covered?

  • Business, culture and change in context
  • Principles of analytics
  • Core behaviours for people professionals
  • Essentials of people practice

How will I be assessed?

Each unit is assessed by an assignment or set of assignments, as well as skills activities such as role plays and presentations. There are no examinations.
