About the course

This diploma is delivered in the workplace and is assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Evidence to be collected will include: workplace observations, witness testimonies, professional discussion, oral and written questions and work product evidence. The assessor will also provide valuable skills training as well as assessment.

This qualification serves as the required qualification for registration and regulatory requirement in this sector and will increase skill level, helping to ensure staff use the latest and most effective working practices.
