This course is ideal for mature learners or college students who have gained a Level 2 culinary qualification and want to work as a senior chef.
This programme builds on your level 2 skills to start mastering more advanced cookery skills. As someone who wants to work as a senior chef, you will attend college two days per week. This means you will have time to gain valuable industry experience during the course.
You will learn in our industry-standard commercial Gallery Restaurant. The restaurant is open to the public so you will be gaining real practical experience using effective communication and service skills to prepare, cook and present food to customers.
