Our online Jobs Board is available to employers to advertise their job vacancies to our students. We welcome all job types to be advertised – including part-time, full-time, temporary or graduate roles. Simply email careers@farn-ct.ac.uk to request a job advert template. You will then be sent a simple form to complete which we will then check and promote to all our students.

We are inviting employers to work with us on extended industry placements, in recognition of the benefits gained by students during these placements.
The new placements involve:
- Student(s) from a relevant course working with you for nine weeks
- Student(s) being involved in real-world tasks relevant to their career aspirations
- Providing student(s) with a safe environment

Apprenticeships provide affordable training for employers as the training costs can be subsidised by the Government. Apprenticeships are for people aged 16 and over. We can help you with recruitment by providing a Training Needs Analysis, advertising your apprenticeship job vacancies free of charge and screening applicants to meet your business needs.
Alternatively, an existing member of your staff can also be considered for an apprenticeship.

Speaking to groups of students about your organisation, career journey or industry can help them with their career plans. It can also inspire them to train for a career they may not have considered or known about.

We invite employers to host a stand at our annual Careers Fair and Open Events. This is a great way to meet lots of students all at once, with many organisations using the events as a way to fill current job and apprenticeship vacancies.

If you’re looking for a meeting room, conference facilities or workshop space, we have a wide range of rooms available to hire in Farnborough and Aldershot. All meeting rooms have access to Wi-Fi and can be supplied with computer/presentation facilities and flip-chart paper. Other facilities are available on request, as well as refreshments and catering.
