This course is ideal for School Leavers who have completed a level 1 catering qualification and want to pursue a career in the catering industry. You will take your level 1 skills further through challenging practical work in our kitchens. As well as producing meals for members of the public, your front of house and food and beverage service skills will also be fine-tuned.  On this programme, you will also study the Diploma in Culinary Skills. You’ll further develop your skills through a wider range of practical activities within our training kitchens, and will produce meals in our Gallery Restaurant, where you will also broaden your service skills by working as front of house.
