This course is ideal for School Leavers who have completed a Level 1 Carpentry course, or have relevant experience, and wish to pursue a career in carpentry.
This course is for school leavers who would like to expand upon their existing knowledge of carpentry and the construction industry.
Upon completion candidates will be awarded the City & Guilds Diploma in Site Carpentry.
Students must purchase protective workwear and safety footwear in order to comply with health & safety requirements.

Candidates will be taught using a mixture of theory and practical lessons. All practical lessons will take place in our purpose-built workshops under the instruction of staff with extensive industry experience.

Many of our Level 2 students progress to the Intermediate Apprenticeship in SIte Carpentry or to employment within the industry.
This course is for students progressing from the level 1 course. As well as a relevant level 1 qualification, you will need a level 1 qualification (or equivalent) in English and maths.
