The core purpose of the BA (Hons) in Photography is to prepare you for the varied and exciting world of professional photography. Careers in photography cover areas as diverse as advertising, editorial, fashion, fine art, PR and documentary filmmaking.
During your photography degree, you will be working with small and large format cameras, studio lighting, digital post-production suites, Adobe software, traditional darkroom facilities and much more. We also arrange visiting lecturers, with previous talks from renowned documentary photographer Martin Parr, fine art photographer Peter Fraser and advertising and editorial photographer Daniel Stier.
