Hair and Beauty Academy: Client Guidelines for Treatments and Services from Sept 2020
- All clients must only enter the college at the Boundary Road Reception for the Hair and Beauty Academy
- Appointments only and no walk ins
- Clients must attend alone (minors with hair appointment exempt)
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time
- Maintain social distancing at all times
- Entry beyond the Boundary Reception is not allowed unless with a member of staff
- Temperature Checks and track and trace questionnaire must be completed before entry into the salon area
- Clients to bring and wear a face covering that is to be worn at all times (medical exemptions accepted)
- No refreshments will be provided
- Mobile phones should not be used in salons
- Please ensure your personal belongings are kept to an absolute minimum
- Card or contactless payments only
- Appointments and Re-booking by telephone only to the salon
