Well Done to our 2018 Graduates!

The University Centre Farnborough class of 2018 graduated this October.

Our annual graduation ceremony took place at G Live, Guildford, where students celebrated with family and friends the achievement of their Degree and Higher Education qualifications, and Professional and Part Time qualifications.

Taking to the stage in caps and gowns, graduating students were presented with their qualification certificates by senior university centre staff. The ceremony was presided over by Farnborough College of Technology Principal, Virginia Barrett, and Senior Vice President of the University of Surrey, Professor Vince Emery.

Students graduating included those obtaining their first full honours degree in courses ranging from Sport Science to English and Criminology, as well as those graduating from our Level 4 courses, Profession Qualifications, and Foundation Degrees.

Farnborough College of Technology Principal, Virginia Barrett, commented “Our students’ hard work has given them much more than just a qualification, it has empowered them as thinkers with the ability to contribute to society.”

“I hope today, their graduation day, will be a reminder of what they can achieve with commitment and drive.”

“Congratulations to our graduates for all you have achieved and I wish you the best in all your future endeavours.”
