We’re 4th Nationally for Student Success!

We’re celebrating the news that we’re once again in the Top Ten of the National League Tables for Student Success!

The government’s Skills Funding Agency measured overall student achievement, and we’ve been ranked in the Top Ten of all colleges in England.

We came in 4th out of all colleges in the country for 16 – 18 year olds’ overall achievement, and 6th out of all the college providers in the country for our Apprenticeships, which cover all ages.

Principal Virginia Barrett said: “We are consistently in the top ten college providers for our 16-18 and Apprenticeship offerings, which is truly great news, and a testament to the hard work put in by both staff and students of the college.

“We are continuing to invest in the college in all areas, and have recently expanded our provision for teaching 14-16, Adult Learners, and degree level offerings, including launching our new university-level courses in Construction, and Institute of Leadership and Management short courses.

“These results prove that not only are we providing an excellent learning facility for our community but we are consistently working with local employers to meet their needs, and help people of all ages successfully enter the workplace through the Apprenticeship scheme.

“We’re excited to offer such dynamic courses here at Farnborough College of Technology and looking forward to seeing what next year will bring.”

This continues our consecutive ranking as one of the top ten Further Education colleges for overall achievement in the country!

Remember, there’s still time to apply for a course this September. Whether you’re a student finishing school, want to start an apprenticeship, looking for a degree programme, or if you are looking for a professional course to help your career, you can apply online!
